Payment & Refund Policy
At SpinRight Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for every student. Because our after-school programs require advance planning, instructor scheduling, and the allocation of equipment, we have established the following refund guidelines:
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM POLICY
1. Enrollment & Tuition
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of enrollment to secure a student’s spot.
Spaces are limited; enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Withdrawals & Cancellations
Full Refund: Requests made at least 14 days before the start date of the program are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Partial Refund: Requests made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date or once the program has begun.
3. Missed Classes
Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.
Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not provided for missed sessions due to student illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.
4. Program Cancellations by host school or SpinRight Academy.
If the host school closes due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, SpinRight Academy sessions will also be canceled. Parents will be notified via text and email no later than 12:00 PM on the day of cancellation. Whenever possible, we will schedule a make-up class within the same session period. If a make-up cannot be scheduled, families will receive a prorated credit toward future classes.
In the unlikely event that SpinRight Academy must cancel a program (due to low enrollment, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances), families will receive a full refund of tuition or the option to transfer the balance to a future session.
5. Extenuating Circumstances
Refund requests due to emergencies (serious illness, family emergencies, etc.) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Academy Director.
6. Agreement
By enrolling a student, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
PRIVATE LESSON POLICY
1. DJ Lesson Rates & Packages
1 Session (1 hour): $125
4-Session Package: $450 (save $50)
Monthly Membership $375
2. Scheduling
Lessons are typically held once per week unless otherwise arranged.
Time slots are reserved specifically for each student; please arrive on time and be ready to learn.
Lesson start and end times are fixed to maintain schedule flow.
3. Payments
Full payment for single sessions or packages is due in advance to reserve your lesson time.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
Package payments are valid for 90 days (5-pack) or 180 days (12-pack) from the purchase date.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson will result in the lesson being forfeited (non-refundable).
Instructors reserve the right to reschedule lessons in cases of illness or emergencies; make-up lessons will always be offered.
5. Refund Policy
Single Session: Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the lesson time.
4-Session / 8-Session Packages:
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase only if no lessons have been used.
After a package has begun, no cash refunds are issued, but unused credits may be transferred or rescheduled within the package validity period.
Packages expire after the stated period; unused sessions cannot be refunded after expiration.
6. Additional Notes
Lessons may be conducted in-home or at SpinRight Academy locations (travel fees may apply for in-home sessions).
SpinRight Academy is not responsible for equipment damage caused by misuse during lessons.
